INGREDIENTS
2 cups “Simply Orange” orange juice
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 cups fresh pineapple (chopped)
3 medium firm bananas (sliced)
2 cups green grapes or peaches (sliced)
2 cups fresh strawberries (halved)
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, mix orange juice, honey, and cornstarch until smooth. Bring to a boil. Stir continuously until mixture becomes thick. Let cool.
Pour glaze atop fruit and refrigerate until chilled.
NOTES
I switch up the fruit in this ALL. THE. TIME. You really can’t go wrong with variations!
I’ve found FRESH fruit is always better than frozen in this!
