INGREDIENTS:
Whole pitted dates
Peanut butter
Chopped peanuts
Coconut oil
Chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Cut a pitted date down the middle; add a tiny bit pb butter (I used Sun butter; but you could use ANY nut butter) & sprinkle a tiny bit chopped peanuts on top.
Warm a couple teaspoons of coconut oil w/choc chips (Lily’s are great) in microwave then dip dates in choc mixture.
FREEZE! I like to keep them in freezer and pop them out when I want one (they taste so much better cold I think!) You can “prep” these in less than 5 min!!!
